Privacy
Website privacy and inquiry information.
Harris Mediation Center uses this website to provide general information about mediation and to receive basic mediation inquiries.
Information submitted through the inquiry form
The mediation inquiry form asks for basic contact, conflict-screening, dispute-type, case-status, attorney, summary, and deadline information. It is not intended for highly sensitive information.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, detailed financial information, medical information, privileged communications, private allegations, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form.
How inquiry information is used
Inquiry information is used to review potential conflicts, role boundaries, appropriateness for mediation, and possible next steps. A submission does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not guarantee acceptance of a mediation.
Form handling
The launch-ready inquiry workflow is prepared to use Netlify Forms for static-site form handling. Form notification settings must be configured in Netlify before final launch approval.
General website data
Like most websites, hosting and security systems may process basic technical information such as request time, browser information, IP address, and pages requested. That information supports site operation, security, and reliability.
